AFCON 2017 Update-Senegal,Burundi win to consolidate group K

A 21st minute goal by Abdoul Razak Fiston and an 83 minute extension by Fatty Pappy was enough as Burundi beat visiting Niger in an African Cup of Nations  Group K match played in the capital Bujumbura.

Burundi go second behind Senegal who beat Namibia 0-2 away in Windhoek.Cheikhou Kouyate and Southampton’s  Sadio Mane both scored a goal a piece to help the Terenga lions to a convincing 2-0 victory in Namibia.

Niger who beat  Namibia in the first qualifier match settles for the third spot with Namibia last on no points.
