Skipper Asamoah Gyan and John Boye have been recalled to the Black Stars squad by Head Coach Kwesi Appiah for the Afcon 2019 qualifier against Sierra Leone.

Kayserispor’s forward and FC Metz defender missed Ghana’s last assignment due to personal reasons and injury respectively.

Deportivo Alaves midfielder Mubarak Wakaso and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan have also been handed an invite into team following their sterling form for the clubs.

The Harambee Stars of Kenya pipped Ghana 1-0 at the Moi International Sports Centre, Karasani, Nairobi earlier this month.
