Ajax Cape Town urgent application for an interdict to the 2018/19 Absa Premiership season has been stood down until Thursday (11:30) pending the NSL leave to appeal (09:00).

It will be heard after NSL leave to appeal  of Judge Fischer judgment that set aside Advocate William Mukhari ruling on the Tendai Ndoro saga

Ajax Cape Town feel there has been a conflict of interest in the PSL Executive Committee decision to appeal rulings that have gone in favour of the Mother city club

Following Judge Denise Fischer judgment which set aside Advocate William Mokhari arbitration ruling that condemned Ajax Cape Town to relegation, the PSL Executive Committee announced their decision to appeal the judgment, the second time.

They have appeal a ruling that went in favour of Ajax after also appealing the DRC initial decision to give Tendai Ndoro the green light to play in January.

The start of the new 2018/19 PSL remains in doubt as the South Gauteng High Court moved Ajax’s application to Thursday
