Nyeri town in Nyeri county ,Central region is the centre of attraction as the National secondary ball games takes place .
Day one of the tournament saw the organizers disqualify Central giants Passenga after g ineligible player Ezekiel Nyati during the regional championships against Wahundura Boys in the semi finals.
Passenga went on to beat Tetu Boys in the finals, and were due to represent Central in the nationals before an appeal by the latter saw them suspended.
Nyanza regional representative Kanga Schools began in a sour note falling 0-3 to gaints St Antony while Kakamega humiliated Boystown 13-0
