Botswana arrives in Kampala as Gor’s Walusimbi joins Uganda Cranes camp

The Zebras of Botswana arrived in Kampala Uganda at 1905 hrs EAT aboard South African Airlines. The contingent consists of a squad of twenty players and nine officials headed by Onkagate Pusoentsi (Head of Delegation).
The James Peter Butler Coached side will take on Uganda Cranes on Saturday June  13th in the AFCON 2017 qualifier match at the Namboole Stadium.
Uganda Cranes Boost
The Uganda camp  was boosted todayby arrival of left back Godfrey Walusimbi, the player who plies his trade with Kenyan Premier League giants Gor Mahia joined the rest of the team in the Wednesday training.
“I am very exited to be part of the team. Though I delayed to join the rest, I am now settled from all disturbances from club and now focused for positive results on Saturday.” Walusimbi also called “Jaja Valu” told Airtel Uganda Football
Uganda  Cranes head coach Milutin “Micho” Sredojevic was equally elated with with the player’s presence.
”He will be assessed (fitness wise) for the remaining days. If passed fit, then, he will be included in the team to play on Saturday”  Micho stated.
