Former Sankoyo Bush Bucks Captain Modiredi Matengu has rejoined the Ngurungus from Township Rollers on a season long loan spell.

The towering centre back has returned to Sankoyo following a disappointing season with Rollers having failed to make an impact at the club.

Matengu had left the club at the beginning of the 2015/16 season on a permanent deal.

In an announcement made by Sankoyo through their official Facebook page stated that Matengu had rejoined them on season long loan spell.

“Former Club Captain Modiredi Matengu has returned to Sankoyo Bush Bucks from Township Rollers on a season long loan term,” a statement read.

The defender was one of Sankoyo’s key players as they won the 2013/14 First Division North title to secure promotion to the beMOBILE Premiership.

Sankoyo Bush Bucks have also announced on same platform that they signed two Zimbabwean Internationals,one a striker and and the other attacking midfield though names were not revealed.

The Ngurungus will open the new 2016/17 season in a match against Gaborone United at Maun Sports Complex on the 10th of September 2016.

The beMobile Premiership 2016/7 season will officially start on September 9 2016.
