Azam FC yesterday beat Swaziland side Mbabane Swallows 1-0 in a tough CAF Confederations match played at the Azam Sports Complex in Chamazi.

The lone goal was scored by Ramadhan Singano also nicknamed Messi .

Cioba made his first change in the 54th minute bringing on Shabani Iddi for Joesph Mahundi before Agrrey Moris got injured a minute later to be replaced by Ghanaian Daniel Amoah

Shabani Idd began making inroads to the tight Swallows defense and in the 63rd minute he made a fine run on the left crossing to Yahaya Mohamed whose resultant shot went straight to the hands of keeper Thulani Tsabedze

In the 71st minute the visitors came close to scoring when Sabelo Ndliinisa just alone with the keeper to beat had his shot blocked by Aishi Manula.

Azam made another substitution bringing on Khamis Mcha for exhausted Yahya Mohammed
