Kenyan forward Jesse Jackson scored the lone goal from the spot to get the Ndola based outfit to a bright start in group C of the second tier continental club championship.

Patrick Malo was adjudged to have handled in the box off John Ching’andu’s cross with the ref pointing to the spot.

Jesse stepped on the plate to coolly slot home for the decisive goal in the 72nd minute.

In the other group match, Recreativo do Libolo of Angola will take on Sudan’s Al-Hilal Al-Unayid.
