Gor Mahia head coach Dylan Kerr has named his starting line-up for the CAF Confederation Cup playoffs return match against Supersport United later today.

The game kickoffs at Lucas Moripe Stadium, Pretoria, South Africa at 8:00PM EAT.

In the absence of dependable Rwandan striker Jacques Tiyisenge, who could not make the trip due to visa hitch, Kerr has opted to play his usual attack partner Meddie Kagere as a lone striker.

The flanks will be manned by Kenyan internationals George “Blackberry” Odhiambo and Francis Kahata; both players are famed for their creativity and offensive play.

Philemon Otieno and Humphrey Mieno will hold the midfield assisted by Bernard Ondiek.

Joachim Oluoch returns to partner skipper Harun Shakava, Wesley Onguso and Joash Onyango in a four-man defense.

Boniface Oluoch, who recovered from malaria bout in time for the trip, retains the number jersey and will man the goal posts.

Gor take a 1-0 first leg win into the match and the line-up suggests a defensive approach as expected of away teams.

Kerr have more options for attack in Samuel Onyango, Boniface Omondi and Kevin Omondi, who starts from the bench.

K’Ogalo will need to at least avoid defeat to make the Confederation Cup groups stage for the first time since 1993.
