Brazilian export to Zambian football Paulo Leomar has set himself an ambitious target of helping Lusaka Dynamos win the 2017 Super League title.

The 22-year-old midfielder appended his signature to a two-year contract with Lusaka Dynamoes at the beginning of the season to join a legion of other foreigners at the club.

Leomar says he will not settle for anything less than winning the league title because he is in Zambia to be a champion.

Dynamos have never won the FAZ Super League title.

Leomar made his debut last Sunday and helped his side register its first win of the season beating Red Arrows 3-1.

“It was a good experience to play for the first time and the team won. I think the Zambian league is not easy.

“It’s very tough but I came here (Zambia) to be a champion so I will work hard to help the team win the title,” Leomar who has also plied his trade in Italy and Switzerland told Lusaka Dynamos media team

He said he was adapting well to the country and was just looking forward to perform on the pitch.

“I feel good here because its just like home. I like what I am learning at the club, I love the people, the food, the city. What is left for me is just to play my football,” he added.
