Cecafa Kagame Cup-Al Khartoum joins Yanga for Olunga’s signature

Ahead of the final showdown of the 41st Cecafa Kagame Cup,losing semi finalists Al Khartoum have joined jangwani side young African’s for the signature of youngster Michael Olunga Ogada.

Reliable sources informed Soka25east that the player was seen being escorted by Khartoums’s midfieder Antony Akumu out of the National Stadium,with Akumu carrying a pen and paper.

Akumu later revealed that he had a chat with Michael and further said that he was instructed by his bosses to get the contacts of the player.

“my bosses have sent me to get the mobile number of Olunga in a bid to get him for negotiations at the club”

Olunga was the destroyer in chief as his club got from a goal down to beat Khartoum 3-1 in a mouth watering semifinal match on Friday.
He is currently the lead scorer in the championship with 5 goals,one ahead of Khartoums’s Osman Bilal.

Yanga had earlier tabled $40,000 to lure the youngster at Jangwani.

olunga will be relied on upfront when gor Mahia will seek to win the championship after 30 years in waiting.
