Godfrey Walusimbi’s brace separates Kenyan league champions Gor Mahia from South Sudan’s Al Malakia.
Walusimbi found the back of the net in the 3rd minute of the match after a beautiful cross from the right side from Michael Olunga.
Gor were in it again with Godfrey Walusimbi scoring his second in the 23rd minute from a similar position for Gor Mahia’s second.
Few incidences of scoring opportunities were witnessed with Gor losing a dozen of scoring chances, however Al Malakia had two good chances to score testing Boniface Oluoch in the Gor Mahia goal.
