Uganda beat Rwanda 3-0 last week at the St Marys Stadium before losing 2-0 today at the stade Nyamirambo in Kigali
The win however could not help Amavubi progress to the tournament that will be staged in Kenya early next year
Yannick Mukunzi scored early in the 13th minute before Thierry Manzi extended the lead two minutes later .
The visitors however ensured the home team does not get the decisive goal that could send the teams to extra time holding on .
Uganda joins Morocco ,Libya and Zambia who have already qualified
