South Sudan national team head coach Felix Bilal has urged football fans to support the team ahead of its Saturday 22 July Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) return leg tie against Uganda.

The Stars have an uphill task getting a positive result in their clash with Cranes after being held into a goalless draw in the firts leg tie.

Despite the task at hand, a win will be important for the Stars and Bilal is  confident the side can play well.

“The team is in good spirits ahead of tomorrow’s match.

” I urge the fans to stand behind their Bright Stars as they aim to pull off a big upset in Kampala,” he said.

South Sudan held its final training session at the Phillip Omondi Stadium on Friday afternoon.

The aggregate winner of this tie will play either Tanzania or Rwanda where he will book a ticket to CHAN finals that will be held in Nairobi.
