DR Congo women withdraw,Algeria vs Ethiopia rescheduled winner to meet Kenya

In a letter dated 28 February 2016, CAF confirmed the withdrawal of DR Congo from the qualifiers of the 10th African Women Cup of Nations Cameroon 2016.

Following the decision, Kenya, due to face DR Congo at the First Round is qualified to the Second Round and will play the winner of Algeria vs. Ethiopia for a place at the final tournament.

Meanwhile, the second leg of Ethiopia vs. Algeria, originally scheduled for the weekend of 18-20 March 2016, will now take place on Saturday, 26 March 2016 in Addis Ababa. Algeria won the first leg 1-0.

Also, Guinea vs. Senegal has been confirmed for Saturday, 19 March 2016 at 16H30 local time in Conakry. Senegal won the first leg 1-0 in Dakar last weekend.
