Espoir FC have sacked coach Jimmy Ndizeye in the wake of poor results.

Along with the dispensing of the coach, Espoir have confirmed that assistant coach Francois Kalisa is also no longer part of the team.

The Rusizi-based side has been on a poor streak with their latest being frustrating one all draw against sixteen-time champions APR on Wednesday at Kigali Stadium.

Without going into much details about what led to their decision Espoir Secretary General, Rene Fidele Rukundo said they were not impressed by the duo performance.

“The decision was taken for the good of the club because we’re not performing well, after evaluation of performance and a board has taken decision to sack all coaches” said Rukundo as quoted by Ruhayogacu.com

“In few days the club will announce another coach will continue in season and run a club at least in top five in Azam Rwanda Premier League.”

Espoir are currently lying thirteenth on the ARPL log with 14 points,three ahead of bottom side Gicumbi who have a game in hand.

AS Kigali lead the standing with 29 points SC Kiyovu are in second spot 28, Rayon Sports in fourth,  Sunrise in fifth,  Police in sixth, and then APR, who have the same number of points as Etincelles.
