Ethiopia Walia Ibex coach Sahle Optimistic of good outing in Seychelles

Ethiopia Walia Ibex coach Yohannes Sahle is a determined man with positive and very achievable ambitions to raise the nation back to its 2013 Glory.

Taking a walk in Maher Seychelles, the last thing in Sahle’s mind is nothing short of getting a win against the hosts away from home.

“I am happy with the preparations we have had so far the friendly against Rwanda waa a good eye opener and we have been able to work on our mistskes”

“We have our work cut out against Seychelles they are a good side but in football you have to aim higher I would be glad to go home with a win but let’s wait and see how it goes”Sahle told Soka25east.com

Yohannes Sahle took over from Mariano Barreto at the beginning of the year and he immediately embarked on transforming the team dropping some big names and introducing some very equally talented youngsters.

In his first game in charge Ethiopia beat Lesotho 2-1 in a Match that saw over 90,000 fans converge at the Bahir Dar Stadium.

Ethiopia Walia Ibex were the talk of town in 2013 rising high in Africa and qualifying for the 2013 Afcon hosted by South Africa.
