WEEK THREE

MTN FAZ SUPER LEAGUE RESULTS FOR WEEK 3 SATURDAY ROUND UP

Saturday, 2nd April 2016

WINNERS
Nkana, Zesco United, Lumwana Radiants, Lusaka Tigers

Nkana are proving a real deal in 2016 and they are getting what they are supposed to be getting as the record league champions. That is three wins from three games and we should say congratulations NKANA. Going down and to come back and score three in whichever fixture is a sign of good things coming.

Today Nkana will start saying this is the reason they needed Jacob Ngulube who scored two goals with one coming from Tshimenga.

Well done Nkana.

Zesco United played their first game in the League this season and it was big game away at Power Dynamos and both the inclusions of 2016 were on the score sheet. Iddris Mbombo and Jesse Were. Zesco have announced their credentials for 2016 and teams should beware. The defending Champions are back and its time for serious games.

If you love an organized team, don’t look any further ZESCO is an example of what an organized team.

Welcome back ZEGA.

Lusaka Tigers are a surprise package and they finish Week three second only to Nkana of course waiting for the Nchanga Rangers Vs ZANACO game. But without a doubt this is a big result for Lusaka Tigers who grab their second win of the result. Musatwe Simutowe was the difference with his first half goal and that was enough to beat the highly rated Lusaka Dynamos.

Kabwe Warriors survived in the 47th minutes after the rejected son Jospehat Kasusu equalized for the Kabwe outfit. Am just wondering how Fatty is feeling after rejecting Kasusu he is back and has given a point to Kabwe Warriors. Fatty needs to humble himself and apologize to Josephats Kasusu because he looks he will be a good buy for the season. For Green Buffaloes its both bitter and sweeter because reports indicate they were a better team in the game and that equaliser will hurt.
Lumwana Radiants close the winners of the weekend beating Forest Rangers away at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium. That is a great result and teams should be aware of that things are happening. Lumwana are fourth and that win is a bigger one and a big statement to the rest of the teams.

DRAWS
Red Arrows, NAPSA, Kabwe Warriors, Green Buffaloes, Nkwazi, Nakambala Leopards, Green Eagles and Mufulira Wanderers.

Four draws and all 1-1, gets the biggers part of the weekend.

RED ARROWS IS THE LUCKIEST TEAM

Red Arrows were lucky to get a point after NAPSA led and the Nkoloma has a lot of work to do so far this season but i think NAPSA are doing fine so far and they will be one of the teams which will be difficult to beat. Its a good point for NAPSA playing away at Red Arrows.

For Green Buffaloes its both bitter and sweeter because reports indicate they were a better team in the game and that equalizer will hurt.

In Choma Mufulira Wanderers will again travel back to Mufulira contemplating when they will manage to beat Green Eagles. This was the third meeting of the two teams in the Super League with two draws now and one win to Green Eagles.

there are complaints from Mufulira faithful who traveled of poor officiating but the result read 1-1. Mighty drop from second to third while Green Eagles get a point and remain the relegation zone.

Nkwazi and Nakambala close the draw for the day and Nkwazi are lucky that Justin Shonga managed to get a point in the game that they trailed. Nkwazi remain in the relegation zone while Nakambala have two points and are 11th.

LOST
Power Dynamos, Mufulira Blackpool, Forest Rangers, Lusaka Dynamos

Tenant Chilumba for Power Dynamos is feeling the pressure already but it will b e wrong for Power Dynamos to already cry for his sack. ZESCO is a big team and better than Power Dynamos currently. Its a very bitter result and that affects the aspiration for the title for the Kitwe outfit.

It was always going to be difficult for Mufulira Blackpool. How do you play your home game against Nkana in Kitwe? Just that is a loss even before the game is played. They go to the foot of the table and it will take serious activity for the team to get off the relegation. Blackpool should get back to Mufulira the soonest. If their stadium is not yet ready, i would suggest they get talking with Mufulira Wanderers so they play their home games at Shinde.

Forest Rangers have to work on their form or they start fighting relegation so early in the season. To lose at home to Lumwana Radiants is a serious set back and that result means is just a point off relegation zone.

Lusaka Dynamos is a serious loser of the weekend and people are wondering where that hype before the season has gone to. The hype was too much and unfortunately the hype is now where to be seen. the overrated Lusaka Dynamos is looking so ordinary and the 2015 form is actually better.

MOST DISAPPOINTING TEAM IS LUSAKA DYNAMOS

One problem with Lusaka Dynamos is too many changes and experiments in so short a period. I still dont understand why Perry Mutapa was side lined and dropped to assistants. I dont know how he is feeling but that was the downfall of Lusaka Dynamos to me.
