Free State Stars will not continue their pursuit of Gabonese centre forward Johan Lenguoalama as he has deemed too similar to players already at the club.
The former Raja Cassablanca forward embarked on a trial with Bethlehem based outfit in a bid to Land a contract having been released by AS Mangosport Moanda
But the club Head coach Luc Eymael said they made an informed decision against signing the Gabonese international after playing some friendly games
“Yes we released him on Monday after our practice match against a ABC Motsepe League team” Eymael said
“After the game we let him go,he did very well against a selection team but the problem is that he is more similar to the striker we have we are looking for something different”
“Our search for striker will continue especially in this transfer window period but we looking for someone who’s been there before not an unknown” he added
