Ugandan international striker Hamis ‘Diego’ Kiiza has signed a one year deal with Sudanese top tier side Hilal El Obeid.

The talisman expressed his delight on the move and has now set his sight on reclaiming his place in the Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredovic led Uganda Cranes

contract and serious work starts now. I am
determined to get back to the national
team,”

The 27 year old has been enjoying fine form since rejoining Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) in January from his short stint with South African premier league Free State Stars scoring 6 goals in 10 appearances for the side.

Kiiza will be legible for selection as Hilal El Obeid welcome Zambia’s Zesco United on the 24th of May 2017 in a CAF confederation cup group C encounter.

The goal poacher has previously played for Tanzanian giants Yanga and Simba SC.
