Meddie Kagere’s second stint with Kenyan Champions Gor Mahia is official.

Kagere sealed a two year deal with K’Ogalo today – meaning Brazilian import Thiago De Lima Silva will not be registered at least for now, but will stick around till end of the season.

Speaking on phone to Soka25east.com this evening from Nairobi, relieved “Pacman” or “Lwanda Magere” could not hide elation.

“I’m happy to be back. I missed the fans.” Kagere said.

On his expectations as Gor Mahia starts last leg of title defense, the Ugandan born Rwandan striker said;

“Let my work in the field do the talking.”

Kagere slots into Ugandan Khalid Aucho’s foreign player gap as the midfielder departs for two weeks trials and possible signing at Aberdeen of Scotland.

Kagere left the 15-times league winners at the end of the invincible 2015 season after seeing off his one year contract.

He scored 15 league goals during the period.
