The international warm-up pitting Kenya’s Harambee Starlets against their counterparts from Egypt initially scheduled for 7:00PM kick-off at Kasarani stadium, Nairobi, has been rescheduled to 2:30PM.

Other details of the match remains the same.

The move is to allow the visitors from North Africa “ample time to prepare for their departure back to Egypt.”

The decision comes as a huge relief to a section of fans that were uncomfortable with the choice of venue and the late kick-off time, with security concerns and distance, being their major worry.

Tickets for the game will be purchased at the match venue starting 10:30PM.

The two teams will be using the build-up to gauge themselves ahead of the African Women Cup of Nations in November in Cameroon.

Egypt were yesterday held to a 1-1 draw by a Kenyan women premier league side Thika Queens.
