Harambee Stars foreign legion trickles in readiness for Comoros

By Fredrick Nadulli,

With less than 96 hours before Kenya takes on the island nation of Comoros in an Afcon preliminary qualifier,Harambee Stars players plying their trade in foreign leagues have began trickling in.

Leading the pack today was French based striker Dennis Oliech of Ajaccio,Johanna Omollo and Ayub Timbe from Belgium and recently named Saudi Arabia player of the year David Ochieng ‘Cheche’ of Al Taawon.

The Stars’ camp was in bouyant mood following those arrivals.Still expected are the likes of siblings Victor Wanyama and McDonald Mariga plus fleet footed Francis Kahata from Albania,Lawrence Olum (U.S.A) ,Edwin Lavatsa(Algeria)

Kenya must overcome Comoros over two legs to book a date with either Lesotho or Liberia, the winner progressing to the group stages where winner takes all.
