The Sports Tribunal has ruled in favour of suspended duly elected Vice Chairman of FKF Sammy Sholei today allowing him to undertake any football activities in Kenya.
His suspension by FKF has been quashed and he is now allowed to be involved in all football matters including the forth coming elections.
The Court has found out that Sholei’s suspension was not in good faith .
His lawyer Mr.Ayieko successfully applied for the orders and FKF as constituted has been found to be illegal and they have been given a 60 day notice to regularise themselves according to the sports act .
