Ugandan defender Robert Achema early goal ensured Sony Sugar edge KCB FC by a solitary goal in another match played at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.

Zoo FC 0-0 Mathare United

Zoo FC and Mathare United played to a barren draw at the Green Stadium in Machakos.

Western Stima 2-1 Mt Kenya United

Western Stima beat a hard-fighting Mt Kenya United 2-1 at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu. Kennedy Otieno put the hosts in the lead but Mt Kenya levelled matters through Kelvin Thairu. Frederick Nyarombo late goal ensured the hosts garner the maximum points.

Vihiga United 0-1 Posta Rangers

Posta Rangers edged Vihiga United by a solitary goal at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega. The all-important goal was scored by Ken Mutembei.

Sofapaka 0-1 Gor Mahia

Gor Mahia edged Sofapaka 1-0 at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru courtesy 0f a 24th-minute strike by Samuel Onyango.
