Sportpesa Premier League club Ushuru FC thumped Division 1 side Administration Police FC 3-0 in a friendly played on Thursday at Camp Toyoyo.

Aziz Okaka, Anthony Nyangor and Rousvelt Blaty were on the mark for the Coach Ken Kenyatta’s side who have had to endure five-match losing streak in the league and are facing relegation battle.

Ushuru needed to keep in shape and boost morale of their players before SPL resumes after this weekend’s break, to allow for league cup matches.

Coach Major Dave Mc’Ongiri’s AP FC face Meru Tigers on Saturday in a league fixture, and they needed to gauge themselves as part of preparations for the tie. The team is fourth on 23 points on the log.

“It was a good test against a good side. We now look forward to the Saturday encounter against Meru Tigers.” Dave said.
