Malawi: FAM accused of being Biased

By Austin Michel Kunsida,

In a twist of events , a renowned and vocal soccer analyst Charles Nyirenda has tore into  FAM in what he refers to as ‘daylight bias’ for involving  teams.

Charles Nyirenda , speaking on a local radio ,Radio 2 FM , heaped blame on the association for its negligence in enforcing its rules inorder to favour  other teams.

This accusation comes in the wake of BeFoward Wanderers taking the transfer market by storm prior to transfer market opening.

‘This association should be called Football Association of Wanderers’ he vehemently commented.

Prior to the FAM elections a large section of Malawian supporters believed to be from the Bullets Camp displayed placards with anti-Nyamirandu messages during their  matches.

This changed when it was asserted that he helped to procure the historic 0.5 billion sponsorship for Bullets, a move that was seen as an appeasement to the angry fans populary labled ‘Palestineans’. Efforts to speak to FAM officials proved futile as the story went online
