Tanzanian international and Kagera Sugar striker Mbarak Yusuph Abeid has been named March player of the month in the Tanzanian Vodacom premier league.
Yusuf who beat strong competition from Azam’s Abubakar Salum and Mbeya’s Kenny Ally has been instrumental for the sugar millers clocking 90 minutes in all the matches and helping them maintain fourth place in the league standings.
The award sees him take home 1 Million Tanzanian shillings courtesy of the league’s title sponsors Vodacom.
