By Andrew Kigote and Mercy Kumba,

With less than a month to go before the arrival of a Fifa task force to set the pace of conducting integrity tests on all FA Executives in the  Sierra Leone Football Association, judicial  bodies, and potential delegates, the desperate gambling stakeholders made up of a cross section of the country’s professional and social strata, have put their criminal  minds together to see how best to infiltrate into the FA administration using their dubious Channels in the country’s judicial system.

They know they have no chance of survival as this time around Fifa is determined on cleansing the game off the crooks.

The most embarrassing and callous part is that despite the huge tragedy that befell Sierra Leone with over 400 dead the group have shown total luck of sympathy with the affected families  as they have demonstrated to the entire World they want nothing more than football power and even as the World condoles with Sierra Leone they don’t give a damn instead choosing to go to court to gain their selfish interests.

This move will surely further cast another dark cloud  and aspersions on the country’s image for any professional  lawyer with even the slightest knowledge of Sports law  which is a separate code of practice altogether would question the authenticity of an application by no less than an ” illegal” and non recognized parallel body.

It further exposes the web the gambling mafia in Sierra Leone have spun around the so  called governance bodies leading us to ask Why this desperate move?

The FA  has for decades  been used as a conduit to engage in money laundering , trafficking and match-fixing activities so now they are desperately playing every card by bribing every corner of law enforcement, paying as many equally desperate and hungry journalists to do their dirty work.

The aim is simply to do everything they can to provoke FIFA Into reacting with a ban on Sierra Leone.

The Minister of Sports did his bit, and caused sufficient damage unfortunately he was unable to sail the corrupt baggage of so-called football stakeholders and their corrupt political allies to congress as was the deal.

So, Enter last minute operation ‘Ban or nothing’ Instead of adopting the Presidential candidate Sanusi Buski Kargbo’s natural way   of resolving issues which is thuggery and violence using the  political protection  cloak, they sought a court injunction against the FA.

Infuriating as this may be though for the FA, it should serve as a blessing and without any mercy, an outright ban on these despicable despots. They have no  shame, no conscience no heart for whilst the world grieves for their country, all they are focused on is how to destroy the country further and to ensure the youthd suffer.

We  hope that whatever the outcome, be it a ban or not. That the match fixing inquiry which they are so vehemently opposed to should go ahead. The culprits must be named, shamed and punished with the harshest sanctions. They have held the country’s game to ransom and  exposed it to international ridicule and scandal. Bullying, sexism and political intimidation with mentally challenged sports ministers is what comes to mind when Sierra Leone is mentioned in football circles.

Fifa must not allow them to get away with it.International jurisdiction and human rights groups should not let them go away with it.

It’s time to start naming and shaming them even before the match fixing inquiry starts.

Usual suspects led by the most daftest lawyer in Sierra Leone who has never won a single case in his fake career.

He failed  his law exams at the reputable Fourabay College University several times, and desperate to get a legal paper to enable him to dupe people, he went to far away Bulgaria to obtain a legal accreditation of sorts.

Now he is a legal apprentice to traffickers and matchfixers. What a shameful scene. Sierra Leone does not deserve this but they will all be named and shamed and kicked out of football for life. Rodney Michael’s name has been left out strategically  but like typical Lebanese tactics, they will push the paid natives in front making a mockery of themselves whilst they sit back and be entertained by the destruction.

This attempt with court injunction is the final nail in the coffin for these rogue peddlers and those who claim they are lawyers namely the  UK housing benefit fraudster claiming to be a lawyer in Sierra Leone and football delegate.

Mohammed Kallon’s role as captain of the much focused 2010 South Africa v Sierra Leone where match fixing allegations followed by banning of SAFA officials will be an interesting focus once the enquiry is underway.

Kallon has not made his vicious opposition of Isha Johansen and her executive a secret.

All those names  including Mohammed Kallons manager are part and parcel of the death of football in Sierra Leone. What are they hiding and why is the government helping them to evade match fixing trial and integrity tests is the big question. Well it is obvious that Fifa are determined more than ever to sanitize this FA.

Because Mercury international has bought a good section of the judiciary,  law enforcement bodies and constitutional institutions in Sierra Leone not to mention the media. Most of them have Mercury betting machines to augment their salaries.

This is why Isha Johansen in parliament referred to this  war as  being the final ” mother of all wars” in Sierra Leone Football. It is truly a war against indiscipline and corruption not just for football but the new breed of Sierra Leone leaders.

It is a pity she does not have more brave soldiers who are willing to come out fighting like she is doing.

The traffickers had  a field weekend celebrating their latest coup against good governance over their evil ploy. The Lebanese and foreign fraudsters feel they have succeeded in drowning the hopes and dreams of a generation determined to qualify in the next African Nations Cup, but matchfixers have a different outlook all together.

Let us hope the world is taking note and not turn a blind eye to this blatant corruption all in the name of political correctness.
