Uganda coach Milutin “Micho” Sredojovic singled out Muzamir Mutyaba, Derrick Nsibambi (KCCA FC), Muhammad Shaban (Onduparaka FC skipper) for praise for a superb show, after they thrashed Kampala Region 6-1 in a friendly at Muteesa II stadium, Saturday, October 4.

“I am so much impressed with the performance of Derrick and Shaban, more so their hunger for goal as well as the creative abilities of Muzamir Mutyaba,” the Serbian said, hinting that he could deploy them against Zambia in a friendly next week.

“It really gives me a lot of selection headache. With the their show performance, they stand a big chance to feature against Zambia on Tuesday, and probably against Congo Brazaville on November 12.”

The match was Cranes’ ninth of the regional tour, winning seven, drawing one and losing one against West Nile 1-0, at the Green Light Stadium.

The Cranes continue preparations this evening at Namboole stadium, and coach Micho expects full house by Tuesday 8 morning.

They are getting in shape for World Cup qualifier against DR Congo on November 12 at Namboole stadium.
