The interest for Kenyan international Jesse Jackson Were who plies his trade for Zambian top side Zesco United has gone a notch higher as three Moroccan clubs fight it out to get his signature.

The Three Moroccan clubs (DH El Jadida, AS FAR, and L’IR Tanger) have shown interest for the striker who has been in fine form for his club scoring some crucial goals both in the league and continental competitions.

According to well placed sources who exclusively spoke to soka25east.com the clubs are not giving up the chase “its true the Morrocan clubs have been extremely interested and they they are looking at breaking the bank to get him onboard “the source who sort anonymity said.

Zesco have been adamant they are not selling the player this after similar interest from Tunisian clubs who had offered top dollar to lure the Nairobi born star player.

The developments marks an important highlight in Were’s career, especially coming in the back of a splendid debut season in Zambia’s top flight league where he scored 23 goals overall with 16 being netted in the Faz Super League making him a hot property.
