Liefering FC new acquisition Enock Computer Mwepu says he is not under pressure to perfom after a fantastic showing at the U20 Africa Cup of Nations tournament and world cup. The former Napsa Stars midfielder said he enjoys what he does hence it now more of a lifestyle than a career.

” We thank God for the splendid performance I had as a player and the team as a whole.Am under any form of pressure because I enjoy and love what i do. It is the biggest part of my life,” he said

” Disappointments may be there because it’s not all the time that you may be at your peak but I will keep doing my level best,” he added

The 19 year old joined Liefering FC on 19th June and has already hit the ground running with one assist to his name in his debut match. Mwepu says he gained alot of experience from the World cup.

” I gained alot of experience from the world, where my career is concerned. You know football is a game of character,team work,self confidence plus a never say it’s over until it’s over mentality,” Mwepu told Soka25east.com in an exclusive interview

The Zambia U20 National team creativity specialist believes discipline and belief in God is key for any of the youngsters out there who may want to follow his footsteps.

” For the young upcoming football players out there I think they should focus, concentrate, love and enjoy playing the beautiful game of football.If they are to reach this far in footbal then hard work, Discipline and belief in God have to take centre stage in everything they do,” he said

Mwepu was a key component of coach Beston Chambeshi’s 2016 COSAFA U20 Championship and 2017 U20 Africa Cup of Nations tournament winning squad.
