After months of uncertainity Kenyan International midfielder Macdonald Mariga made his way back to Parma on a free transfer after Inter Milan where he curved his niche winning the Champions League offloaded him.

The talented midfielder who had been dogged by a nagging Knee injury but eventually was able to make a comeback will certainly feel relieved going back to a team that he knows well.

Parma made the grand annoucement on their official twitter account announcing in Italian Mariga is now playing .Good to see that Big Mac is back .

Mariga’s time at Inter Milan has been hot and cold winning a treble but at the same time being loaned out to two different teams when he moved to Real Sociedad in Spain and later Parma.

Mariga  grabbed media headlines  in January 2010  transfer window of 2010 when current Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, then with Inter Milan, snapped him on the last day of the transfer being the first Kenyan to play in the Serie A.

2010 will remain memorable to Mariga  when he won the treble
