In what seemed a sure deal initially ended into failure as Azam Uganda premier league side Police fc failed to reach an agreement with Kenyan side Muhoroni youth at the last minutes of the Kenyan transfers.

Mugisha left for Kenya in search for greener pastures and greatly impressed the Muhoroni technical team before negotiations between the two parties faded.

Mugisha thanked the Muhoroni family for the love and company they gave him for the time he spent there, via his official Facebook account, the former Scvu and Entebbe fc player posted,

“Its so unfortunate that talks between police fc and Muhoroni youth yielded no fruits at the last minute but i would love to thank the whole Muhoroni family for the love and care they showed me during my stay; the chairman, technical staff and all the players…SHUKRAN
i wish you the best of luck this second round and in your upcoming finals vs GOR mahia….and i hope we shall work together .
