Q & A with Norwegian based Power dynamos fan Remi Tasc

Q & A with Norwegian based Power dynamos fan Remi Tasc

European football is mostly followed across Africa with many locally based fans codswalloping their domestic top tiers.

However,Remi Tasc moen’s story is exceptionally. He came down to Zambia in Southetn Africa all the way from Norway to watch his beloved team Power dynamons.Remi tesc

The romance between Remi and the Kitwe hailing club embarked from social media,to be precisely from a facebook group called Power Dynamos Fans Forum-PDFF.

soka25east.com sits with the Norwegian in a Question and Answer interview.

soka25east: Hello Africa and welcome to soka25east.com.I am your host James Sibeleki in a company of Remi Tesc moen a Power dynamos fan based in Norway.A warm welcome to you Remi.

Remi: Thank you,Pleasure is mine.

soka25east: First of all,Congratulations to your team for winning the 2016 Samuel Zoom Ndlovu Charity shield.

Remi: Thanks, yes that was very good.I was at work when the match was being played.I don’t know weather I did a good job.I was too excited by the game.

soka25east: Remi you are based in Europe and your team is down here in Africa,Zambia. Can you tell us how you follow the proceedings of your beloved club whilst at home.

Remi: I get help from the Power Dynamos Fans Forum on facebook. They update me from the stadium with comments and pictures via Whatsapp and Messanger. They answer all my question. In between the games I also chart with some players who has now become my friends.

soka25east: Interesting,The club has a website but it’s inactive.Do you think having an active website would be an efficient way of accessing information of the club?

Remi: I think PDFF group on facebook is good. There are more much Information posted there. But a more static internet page with facts, pictures and information would also help.So I say yes please, both.

soka25east: We are sure the club’s top hearrachy will put this in consideration.Let’s talk about the 2016 season.Power Dynamos embarked on a brighter note against NAPSA but lost the next game to Nchanga ahead of the blockbuster clash with Zesco on saturday.Do you think this will affect your big game this weekend?

Remi: We had a very good preseason and also won many games and ofcourse after the shield. Thanks to Conlyde Luchanga we had a good start prior the this season.I was so sure will beat Nchanga this time like on 1st Novermber 2015.So it was no good felling coming out Chingola. But as a good sportsman I congratulate the winner,so did I?.We beat Zesco earlier this year and I believe with all the support at ADS will have the last laugh.

soka25east: Your take on Lusaka Dynamo’s decision to call back Conlyde Luchanga back from Power dynamos despite the loan running.

Remi: The deal was that LD could take him back,so there was no drama even though Lichanga seemed to have a good time at ADS.We have good strikers in the team.He is a good striker and I wish him thr best in his career.I wish he return back again.

soka25east: Partson Daka scored his first goal for your team.Your take about that and the squad which is looking good with the likes of Larry Bwalya,Julius Situmbeko and Kelvin Mubanga in the midfield.Who do you think will be the star player this season?

Remi: I really don’t like picking out players, that’s unfair.I’m looking forward to Jimmy Ndlovu’s recovery and how he performs.Congratulations to Partson Daka who has finally scored for us.Hope he’ll spend more time with the club than the national team. The whole squad is looking good.

soka25east: Lastly, your advice to local fans who prefers European football and look down on the domestic league.

Remi: My advice is to stop looking so much to Europe and enjoy Zambia football league.Show the Europeans that the Zambia super league is one to look out for.Be proud of your league.

soka25east,it’s been been great hosting you Remi and have a safe journey on your way back to Norway.Well, there you have it Africa and enjoy bola yapa Zed whenever you are. From me James Sibeleki have yourself a blessed day.
