Raja Casablanca have booked their place in the final four of the 2018 CAF Confederations Cup following a 1-0 (3-1 on aggregate) win over CARA Brazzaville at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca on Sunday evening.

The Moroccan club beat their rivals 2-1 in the reverse fixture in Brazzaville last weekend, before confirming their progression with victory on home soil.

Raja join Enyimba in the final four with the Nigerian club the first to book their place in the semifinals following a convincing win over Rayon Sports in Aba.

Soufiane Rahimi and Mahmoud Benhalib scored two important away goals for the Green Eagles in the Congo, while Cabwey Kivutuka hit the back of the net for CARA.

The only goal in Casablanca came in the fourth minute of the clash through Mouhcine Iajour. The forward got up well to head home a pin-point free-kick to hand the club an early lead.

Raja were relatively comfortable throughout as they held onto their narrow lead until the final whistle in front of a passionate home crowd in Casablanca.
