The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon are reputable FIFA World Cup Participants and come into the 2018 Russia Qualifiers as one of the firm favourites to win Group B.

They have qualified 7 times to FIFA World Cup and were the first African team to reach the quarterfinals of the tournament in 1990.

With the likes of Veteran captain Stephane Mbia, Alex Song,  Joe Matip of Liverpool and 23 year old Clinton N’Jie who is currently on loan at French Club Marseille from Tottenham, Cameroon are going to be a hard team to beat.

But the Desert Warriors of Algeria come with a reputable World Cup record of their own.

Four times they have qualified to the FIFA World Cup and they are now looking to make it 5 times.

Algeria pack a forceful group of key players in the shape of Yacine Brahimi who plays for Portuguese giants FC Porto and Riyad Mahrez of English Premiership champions Leicester City.

This clash is one of the those to put on your Calendar as it promises to be filled with goals and a lot of attacking play from both teams.

The match is billed for Sunday 9 October 2016 at the Stade Mustapha Tachakar in Blida with kick off set at 20:00 CAT.
