Vital O playmaker Laudit Mavugo and African sports player ivorian Blagnon Goue have are among the six foreign based players in the list.
Simba are aiming to get back to winning titles after three years in the cold. They once again failed to represent the country in any continental showpiece finishing third in the league and failing to clinch the domestic cup (Azam Federation cup)
