St.George coach Mart Nooj appointed as New Tanzania coach

The Tanzanian football federation(TFF) have announced the appointment of Martinus Ingatious Mart Nooj as the new Taifa Stars coach with immediade effect to replace sacked Kim Poulsen.

Mart Nooj who was just recently unveiled as St.George coach in Ethiopia in a grand ceremony has made a request for the Ethiopian giants to terminate his already existing contract.

Mart Nooj is set to be unveiled on March 24 in the capital Dar Es Salaam by TFF President Jamal Malinzi.

Mart Nooj has reportdedly signed a  signed a two year contract. He has formerly managed Burkina Faso’s U20 team at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship.

Having been appointed as the Mozambique national team coach in 2007, he led the side to qualify for the 2010 African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
