Three Tanzanian internationals enjoyed playtime for their respective clubs in the midweek clashes .

In Belgium,Tanzanian National team captain Mbwana Ally Samatta played  for 75 minutes as his club RC Genk sailed through to the next round of the Belgium Cup after a 0-1 away win over Cercle Brugge in a match played at the Jan Breydelstradion stadium in the city of Brugge.

Back in Africa ,PSL side Baroka FC beat Bloemphotein Celtics 2-0 in a PSL match with Tanzaniana Abdi Banda getting playing time .The former Simba player featured for 90 minutes and was instrumental in the second goal.

In Morocco,Simon Msuva also helped his team Difaa el Jadida progress to the next round of the FA cup despite a 1-1 draw with Ittihad Tanger in a match played at the Stade de Tanger
