Ethiopian Bunna have signed Ugandan midfielder Babon Zirintusa from Zambian moneybags Buildcon on a one-year-deal.

Babon, 26, joins fellow countryman Kirizestom Ntambi at the Ethiopian Premier League former giants.

The experienced creative midfielder joined Buildcon from South Africa’s Polokwane City six months age.

Among other clubs he has plied his with include Highfield and Dynamos of Zimbabwe, Simba SC and Mtibwa Sugar of Tanzania.

In Uganda he turned up for Vipers SC and SC Villa Jogoo.

Bunna have also secured the sign of Senegalese striker Baptiste Faye. The 30-year-old has played in Romania, Portugal, Albania, Cyprus, Angola and South Africa.

The two players will be eligible to play in the second leg of the Ethiopia’s topflight, which is two rounds of matches away.

Bunna have struggled under new French coach Didier Gomez, who has only managed a win in five matches. The team is currently 9th in the 16-team log.
