The Azam Uganda Premier League leaders KCCA and second placed SC Villa were denied maximum points as mixed results from mid-table teams highlighted the goals galore Match day 4.

In a weekend that saw a total of 17 goals scored,with second placed SC Villa failing to go to the summit of the table as they were held to a goaless draw by Lweza FC while KCCA dominance was put to a halt in some style after they lost their match aganist Onduparaka FC away in Arua on Friday.

KCCA 1-2 Onduparaka (Betway Green Light Stadium)

Onduparaka FC notched their first win of the season in great fashion.

Mohammad Shaban opened the scoring 47th minute before adding another on 67th minute to register a brace, showing signs of becoming top golden boot contender this season.

Sulaimon Akinyemi scored the consolation goal for KCCA late in the game. On this account, the defending champions lost their first match of the season.

SC Villa 0-0 Lweza (Wankulukuku Stadium)

SC Villa failed to claim the league summit when they were held to a goalless draw by Lweza FC in a dull match that saw both team blowing away open chances.

The result saw the Jogoos dropping to the third position paving way for Vipers whom the had disloged in match day three from second position.

URA 3 -1 JMC Hippos (Kakindu Stadium)

URA FC were able to put an impressive performance by inflicting a heavy defeat to the Hippos after coming from a goal down.

Walter Bankene put the Hippos ahead in 19th minute after URA defense had failed to clear off the ball to put a loop over taxmen goalie.

URA pushed hard for a win and the found answers getting goals from Mukoghatya Robert, Sekitto Samuel and Kigongo Ronald.

Vipers 1-0 Bul FC ( Nakivubo Stadium)

Hosts Vipers were able to steal one from BUL FC thanks to Erisa Sekisambu goal in the 62nd minute after visitors goalie Emma Kalyowa failed to hold the ball well.

The win pushes Vipers to second position just one point below league leaders KCCA.

Express 2-1 The Saints ( Bombo Barracks)

Express earned their second win of the season and first away from home thanks to an own goal from the hosts and Ssemazzi’s superb header.

Saint scored through a penalty awarded in 54th minute.

Sadolin 0- 1 Police ( Bugembe Stadium)

The battle to escape relegation zone ended up with Police grabbing a well deserved win with Antony Bongole goal in the 60th minute in a hugely enjoyable match that saw plenty of chances created either end.

Soana 1- 0 Kirinya Jinja SS ( Kavumba Grounds)

Kirinya Jinja continued with their poor foam after failing to sustain pressure from experienced Soana FC away at Kavumba Grounds letting Soana dominate play which saw the school boys losing by a lone goal.

Proline 2- 2 Bright Satrs ( Philip Omondi Stadium)

Proline dropped another two crucial points after being held to a 2-2 draw Bright Stars.

Proline FC scored their goals through Gift Ali and Mbazira Simon while Bright Stars FC attained their point through Lukoya Baker and Aweko Victor wonderful goal.
