Azam Uganda Premier League action returns today October 11th 2016 after international break with the main talking points  is whether KCCA will maintain their winning tempo and extend their lead at the summit of the table or fizzle as stuttering SC Villa and Lweza look to rebound and BUL test their new resolve.

Lweza FC vs Sadolin (Wankulukuku Stadium,4pm )

Lweza FC have a chance to make amends against a much improved Sadolin Paints.

This match promises to be a cracker considering the terrific forms currently enjoyed by both clubs.

The seemingly improving Lweza FC in last match came from three goals behind to hold Proline 3-3 , while Sadolin have collected points in their last two games.

Sadolin’s Joseph Ssemwogerere is doubtful with injury however coach Richard Kirumira will look to Edgar Luzige to hunt for goals.

Former Tusker FC defender Fred Nkata is yet to open his account for Lweza,but he is still the player to watch.

SC Villa vs The Saints (Nelson Mandela Stadium,4pm)

The fine form of Saints will be put to severe test in this match aganist struggling SC Villa.

SC Villa are smarting from their 4-3 loss to Onduparaka in their last match in a lively affair will want to bounce back with emphasis.

Whoever wins the match could move four places up the UPL table.

Bright Stars vs BUL (Matugga, 4pm)

BUL FC come into this match after spiltting point with Police FC on 1st October .The vegetable oil makers will have a chance to make amends aganist a decidely falling Bright Stars who played out a thrilling 1-1 draw with Saints FC.

BUL FC will be will want assuarance of their abilities by drawing blood aganist Lato Milk sponsored side.

KCCA vs Kirinya-Jinja FC (Buggembe Stadium, 4pm)

KCCA are three points clear atop the league table and will be keen to collect all spoils against 14th placed side  Kirinya-Jinja SS FC.

Kirinya Jinja SS coach Alex Isabrye has made it clear that he will not be going for anything but a win.

KCCA may be without influential defender Timothy Awany who is nursing an injury.

Even though the Kasasiro Boys lost just 2-1 in the last fixture to Vipers, they start as overwhelming favourites. Their lead scorers Robert Ssentongo and Geoffrey Sserunkuma will be keen to get their account ticking again.
