APR FC midfield Djihad has joined Belgian first division side Beveren on three-year deal.

Belgian club Beveren have completed the signing of Amavubi Midfield Bizimana Djihad for a Rwanda-record fee worth Rwf206 million.

Speaking to an elated Djihad was happy with the new Deal

“I am super excited to sign at Beveren and thanks Allah for everything is done now.I thank also APR FC it was a good team  I will comeback to Rwanda I have to finish this season with APR and I want to give APR FC a trophy “ said djihad

“I  deeply I want to thank APR FC leader Minister of Defence Gen.James kabarebe ,he helped since I joined  into this club until now I have completed to sign” added Djihad

Djihad’s move to waasland Beveren comfortably surpasses the previous transfer record set by Sugira Ernest when he joined DRC giant As vita club 2016 on Rwf 120 million

The 21-years-old signed the three years deal on Thursday , he started his career with Etincelles before joining Rayon sports where he spend two seasons and after he joined APR FC in 2015.

Waasland Beveren currently is in 12th place in the Belgian first division league with 35points.
