Wallace Karai has been elected new Tanzania Football Federation president during the organization’s General Assembly today.
He will be deputized by Michael Wambura.
Karai succeeds Jamal Malinzi who failed to defend his seat after a single term in office.
Jamal has been remanded since June facing charges of embezzlement.
