The newly appointed Sports Minister Rashid Mohammed has hinted at having 47 football academies in all the counties .He said the academies will help nurture talents .
He has also reiterated his move to end cartels in football who have been derailing the sport in the country .
“If you look at the players that gets call up to the national team,this are old players with old bones .This will not happen ”
The Cabinet Secretary for sports was speaking in Kakamega town ahead of his handing over today where he will take over from Hassan Wario.
