Zambia U20 National team off to a flying start


Zambia U20 National team started off their 10 day training camp in style as they cruised passed Tenerife with a resounding 3 nil win in a match played at Ciudud Deportiva CD Tenerife Javier Perez Stadium.

Napsa Stars Midfielder Enock Computer Mwepu opened the scoring in the 50th minute, Spartak Moscow striker Fashion Sakala doubled the advantage in the 60th minute and Lusaka Dynamos forward Conlyde Luchanga put the game to bed with an eighty first minute strike.

The team is expected to play more practice matches before heading to South Korea.

The 2017 U20 Africa Cup of Nations champions will start their world cup campaign with a match against Portugal on 21st May.
