Faisal Kenema head coach Zemariyam Woldegiyorigis has offered an intriguing insight into his side performance in Ethiopia Premier League by opening up about tactics and hard work among his players.

Zemariyam who one of the best coaches the top flight league, has guided Feisal Kenema to seventh on the log, posing as silent threat to other title contenders, as they push to be on course for a historic glory.

With thirteen matches played in this season,Faisal Kenema are on 20 points, six points adrift of leaders St.Georges FC.

“My secret to win the every game is to use best performing players. Even if every opponent is using the same basic, for us we are not playing with the same team every match.”Zemariyam outlined.

“I usually do not have first team or second team as i use any good player at my disposal. A coach may have 21 or 23 players in the squad but for me i know what i do to register wins”.

He dislosed that his experience in working with younger players has given him an edge over other team coaches in the league in the fixtures that they have played.

“I normally prevent to overload in the number of minutes played. It is commonly agreed that the players who play the most minutes are at a bigger risk of injury, especially injuries which occur due to fatigue.I also make sure that i decrease players physical performance as well as making sure that i create competition within the squad.”he added

His splendid performance and consistency has seen him romoured to be a contendor for a vacant position in the national team though he has refused to comment about the issue.

Faisal Kenema so far has a game on hand that will be played on February 10th at the famous Fasildess Stadium aganist Wolayeta Dicha.
