Zimbabwe national team Warriors has lined up two friendly matches, against Zambia and Tanzania during FIFA friendly match dates this November.

Warriors will play Zambia’s Chipolopolo on Saturday 5 November before taking on Tanzania coming Thursday 13 November in Harare.

FIFA has reserved from November 7 to 15 on its calender for official and friendlies matches.

Zimbabwe not involved in the World Cup qualifiers the country’s football governing body has moved to utilize the dates.

The two high profile matches will see Warriors return to action for first time since they played Guinea in the last AFCON qualifier match.

Warriors coach Callisto Pasuwa is expected to announce his squad that will taken on the two matches today afternoon already hinting that foreign based players who form the bulk of his squad will be available for the two friendlies.

Zimbabwe being the only team from Southern Africa to qualify for the  AFCON 2017 tournament in Gabon will be hosting the matches to prepare for the biggest continential event in Africa.

Warriors are  pooled in Group B together with Algeria, Senegal and Tunisia.
