Man City winger Riyad Mahrez is among the 25-man Algeria squad that will face Togo on Sunday 18th November, as selected by manager Djamel Belmadi.

However, there is no place for fellow Premier League winger Rachid Ghezzal. Mahrez is the only English-based player to have been selected.

There is no place for Aissa Mandi due to suspension. Nabil Bentaleb has also been dropped from the squad.

Four goalkeepers have been picked but Rais M’Bolhi is expected to start in goal regardless.

Mehdi Zeffane is recalled to the squad, with lots of good defensive options. He joins his fellow Rennes team-mate Ramy Bensebaini.

Adlene Guedioura has not been picked, nor has Ryad Boudebouz of Real Betis. Ishak Belfodil is also dropped despite his recent brace in the Bundesliga for Hoffenheim.

Oussama Chita and Abderrahmane Meziane have been called up from USM Alger, as they are top of the Algerian League table.

Youcef Belaili is included after winning the CAF Champions League in Tunisia with Esperance. Sofiane Feghouli and Yacine Brahimi keep their places, as does Adam Ounas of Napoli.

There are limited forward options, with Yassine Benzia, Islam Slimani and Baghdad Bounedjah the only real forward choices. Follow the game in English with DZ Football.
